Very disappointed with this whole experience. I ordered window trims that were advertised to fit perfectly, but they didn’t fit at all and looked nothing like the photos or description — completely misleading.
I sent them back last week, and I had to pay for the original delivery and pay quite a lot to return them too — it wasn’t cheap at all. They’ve had the items back since then, but I still haven’t received my refund.
I’ve emailed them multiple times to sort this out, but they ignore my messages and haven’t replied much. Avoid this seller — wrong items, false advertising, and terrible customer service. I’m still waiting for my money back.
