What's your return policy?
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you’ve received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Where are you based and how long is delivery?
Custom My Ride is based in Dubai, UAE but we have a partner company (Carbon My Ride) who fulfil our orders from the UK.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times will vary depending on stock levels, product, time of year, location and courier used.
Delivery to the UK will be around 2-3 working days, in the EU and North America it will take around 5-7 working days. Other locations may take slightly longer depending on the item ordered and location.
Do you ship Worldwide?
