Once the company responded to emails they could not be more helpful
Explained I had used an older email address which was no longer moniterd
As for the product ,
It fits and looks brilliant a quality product.
Sadly the item didn't fit the vehicle despite checking when I ordered and reading reviews saying they were a perfect fit,
How ever the one star is for the customer services as I have made several attempts to contact them regarding this issue and haven't had a reply,
They did send me an email asking to review the product and company though.
Kit seems to be good quality just a shame its the wrong size and the company won't get in touch to arrange a return and refund.

In regards to fitment issue - what year is your vehicle? is it the newer shape? or the 5F 2016-21? so we can get the correct badges out to you.
